Questions
Yes. We check your electrical room and parking layout, size the chargers to the power your building has, and use load management so more chargers can share the same capacity. Where a government funding program is open, we help you apply.
Call us at (905) 604-3448. If it is safe, check whether water is rising in the pit, and do not keep resetting a breaker that trips. We find out why the pump is not keeping up, whether it is the float, motor, check valve or controller, and repair or replace it.
Yes. Our quotes are itemized line by line, with options where they make sense, so a condo board or ownership group can compare and approve them.
Yes. We schedule shutdowns for the least disruptive time, tell you how long the power will be off, and give you notice wording to share with residents and tenants.
Most dealerships need both: Level 2 chargers to keep inventory and service vehicles charged, and at least one DC fast charger for customer deliveries and quick top-ups. We size the mix to your sales volume, your service department and your manufacturer's EV program requirements.
Often not without changes. We start with a load study. Depending on the result, load management may be enough, or you may need an electrical service upgrade, which we plan with the utility.
Yes. We stage the work so the showroom, lot and service bays stay open, and plan any power shutdown outside business hours.
Yes. Trenching and wiring for chargers, pole lights and cameras can often be done together, which saves cost and disruption.
